Terms of Service

By accessing or using RevTray, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the service on behalf of a business (e.g., your Whop store), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

RevTray is currently in a "Private Beta" phase. You acknowledge that the service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, stability, or the accuracy of automated revenue recovery actions. Use of the service during this period is at your own risk.

By connecting your Whop store, you grant RevTray the explicit right to: • Analyze your transaction data and customer behavior. • Execute automated email campaigns and recovery sequences on your behalf. • Modify subscriber metadata within your Whop environment to optimize for retention. You remain solely responsible for the content of your communications and compliance with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, etc.).

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REVTRAY ENGINE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. In no event shall our total liability for any claim exceed the amount paid by you to us in the past twelve months, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RevTray at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to: • Violation of these terms. • Harmful behavior toward the RevTray community or infrastructure. • At our sole discretion during the management of the Beta lifecycle.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Austin, TX.
